FAQ
Clear answers, before you begin.
Are templates editable?
Yes. Each product page lists the files included and editing instructions. DOCX works in Word or Google Docs; XLSX/CSV works in Excel or Google Sheets.
Do you offer Canva files?
No. We do not claim Canva access because the shop currently delivers the formats displayed on each product page.
Do templates guarantee admission or recruitment?
No. Templates and services support planning and organization; they do not guarantee admission, scholarships, athletic recruitment, financial aid, or other results.
What makes a purchase refundable?
Digital files are generally non-refundable after access or delivery except where required by law or where a file is defective and cannot be resolved. See the digital-product policy.
Can Northstar write my essay?
No. Coaching can help students brainstorm and revise, but all submissions must remain the student’s truthful, authentic work.
