Northstar Admissions sells downloadable planning resources. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after delivery, they are generally non-refundable after access or delivery, except where required by law or where a file is defective and cannot be resolved.

If you have a file-access or technical issue, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem or provide the appropriate file access.
